Pie Shout Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter The promoter is Daniel’s Donuts [ABN] (“Promoter”).
2. Eligibility

• Entry is open to residents of Victoria and Queensland only, aged 18 years or over.
• Entries must be submitted on behalf of a worksite located in Victoria or Queensland.
• Limit of one (1) entry per worksite for the duration of the promotion.
• Employees of the Promoter and associated agencies are not eligible to enter.

3. Promotion Period The promotion opens on 15 April 2025 and closes on [closing date]. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter To enter, eligible participants must:

• Visit danielsdonuts.com.au and complete the official entry form during the Promotion Period.
• Nominate their worksite details.
• In 25 words or less, tell us why their worksite deserves a smoko shout on us.

Entries that are incomplete, exceed the word limit, or breach these Terms & Conditions may be deemed invalid.

5. Entry Conditions & Limits

• One entry per worksite applies regardless of the number of employees or teams within that worksite.
• Multiple entries from the same worksite (including duplicate or similar submissions) will be disqualified at the Promoter’s discretion.
• Entries must represent a genuine worksite (e.g. construction site, office, retail store, hospitality venue). Social groups or informal gatherings are not eligible.

6. Judging & Prize

• This is a game of skill, not chance.
• Entries will be judged based on creativity, originality and relevance by a panel appointed by the Promoter.
• The prize is up to 50 Daniel’s Donuts pies and sausage rolls for the winning worksite, subject to stock availability.
• Any requests beyond the maximum of 50 items will be at the winner’s own cost.

7. Prize Conditions

• The prize is not transferable, refundable or redeemable for cash.
• The prize is subject to stock availability at the time of redemption.
• The prize must be redeemed at a time and location agreed upon with the Promoter.
• If the winning worksite is unable to redeem the prize within a reasonable timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

8. Content & Use of Entries By entering, entrants grant the Promoter permission to:

• Use their submission (including worksite name and entry text) for promotional and marketing purposes.
• Publish winning entries on the Promoter’s website, social media and marketing channels without additional compensation.

9. Liability To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered as a result of participating in the promotion or accepting the prize.
10. Privacy Personal information collected will be used in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and only for the purpose of administering this promotion.
11. General

• The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
• The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
