Daniel’s Donuts always strives to delight its customers with consistently delicious fresh donuts and outstanding customer service. For the convenience of all customers, Daniel’s Donuts offers a 7 day per week delivery schedule and frequency based on suburb.

Delivery frequency and cost will depend on your suburb.

Click & Collect is not yet available, however you can visit our stores anytime to purchase from the extensive fresh range of Daniel’s Donuts.

Delivery Terms and Conditions

The terms for delivery should be read in conjunction with the general terms and conditions for use of the Daniel’s Donuts’ website which also incorporates our Privacy Policy.

Delivery and Pricing

All orders are delivered by a third party courier service

Delivery services are available in Metro Melbourne and selected regional areas. Daniel’s Donuts is constantly reviewing the delivery areas in an effort to expand coverage and offer it product(s) to more people across Victoria and the ACT

At present we deliver to Metropolitan Melbourne and outer suburbs. Suburb availability will be confirmed at checkout.

Regional areas included at this stage are Gippsland, Shepparton, Bendigo and Ballarat.

A final cost for delivery will be calculated at checkout.

It is recommended to arrange your delivery when someone will be home to receive the donuts or to a business address during business hours to accept delivery.

If there is no one home at the delivery address, our courier drivers are instructed to leave the donuts in a safe location which is sheltered and away from public view.

In the event that a safe location cannot be found, the courier will return the product to Daniel’s Donuts. Should you require re-delivery, a fee will be applied.

Any special delivery instructions should be included at checkout in the space provided.

Deliveries can only be made to a physical residential or business address.

Delivery and Payment

Delivery to Metropolitan Melbourne is 7 days per week. Reference should be made to the delivery schedule on this website.

Orders may be placed up to two (2) weeks in advance of the delivery date depending on the suburb.

Payment may be made with Visa, Mastercard or via Paypal. If Paypal is your chosen method of payment, you acknowledge that Daniel’s Donuts is not responsible for any transaction issues which may arise. Such matters should be directed to Paypal for resolution.

Daniel’s Donuts cannot guarantee a precise delivery time. Time of delivery is dependent on delivery address and the delivery schedule for that driver.

In the unlikely event that we are not able to fulfil your order due to availability of your selection, you will be notified as soon as possible to make alternative arrangements, such as making a different product selection.

If you have not received your delivery by 6pm on the day of delivery, please contact [email protected] during business hours.

It is an offence to on-sell products purchased from the Daniel’s Donuts’ website. Should you require product for fundraising purposes, please contact [email protected] to make arrangements. Please note that certain criteria must be met for any fundraising purchases.

Refund and Returns Policy

Daniel’s Donuts operates a “returns policy” in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Daniels Donuts endeavours to deliver fresh product of the highest quality at all times.

Any claims must be made within 24 hours of the delivery.

A full refund will be applied where the product purchased is not what it is claimed to be or is damaged.

No refund or exchange will apply in the event that you change your mind.

Daniel’s Donuts may offer a gift card or some other alternative remedy, however this is discretionary and evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Products and Pricing

All products advertised on the Daniel’s Donuts’ website are subject to availability.

Every effort will be made to ensure an order is completed to the customer’s requirements, however stock depletion within the store network may lead to out of stocks. In the event that this occurs, contact will be made immediately with the customer to fill the order with an alternative choice.

Daniel’s Donuts reserves the right to make changes to the website and alter the available range from time-to-time.

All prices are in Australian Dollars and inclusive of GST. Prices are subject to change.

By placing an order, a customer agrees to pay in full including all delivery fees as stated at checkout.

Cancellations and Order Amendments

Orders may be cancelled 24 hours before the delivery day. The delivery day commences at 12:01am.

Amendments to delivery address are the only amendments that can be made.
