Daniel's Donuts Gift Card Terms and Conditions

A Daniel's Donuts Gift Card ("Gift Card") is issued by Daniel's Donuts Pty Ltd and can be used for purchases in-store or online at eligible Daniel's Donuts locations only.  

The following terms and conditions apply to the use of a Gift Card: 

Usage Limitation: The Gift Card is valid for purchases at eligible Daniel's Donuts retail stores or Daniel’s Donuts online. The Gift Card is not eligible for use at any petrol station location, the Flinders Street store or via any third-party delivery platforms.

Redemption: The Gift Card is partially redeemable and any unused balance will remain on the Gift Card until expiry. The Gift Card is not redeemable for cash. No cash change will be given for any transactions made using the Gift Card. If a purchase exceeds the amount of the Gift Card, you will be required to pay the difference in price. The value shown on the Gift Card includes GST. 

Expiration: The Gift Card will expire 3 years from the date of issue. After this date, any unused balance on the Gift Card will be forfeited and not refunded or credited. 

Lost or Stolen Cards: Daniel's Donuts is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards. Lost, damaged or stolen cards will not be replaced or refunded. 

No Refunds or Credits: All sales are final, and no refunds or credits will be issued for purchases made using the Gift Card. 

Non-Transferable: The Gift Card is non-transferable and may only be used by the original purchaser or recipient. 

Non-Refundable: The purchase of the Gift Card is non-refundable. 

By purchasing or using a Gift Card, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Daniel's Donuts reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice. Please check our website for the most up-to-date information.
